NEW LIBRARY OPENS: Collinsville Memorial Public Library opened a temporary branch in our First Grade Classroom this summer. It was such a success that the library has negotiated an agreement with the American Legion for a more permanent arrangement. The Fairmont City Branch of the Mississippi Valley Library District will be opened in August to serve the needs of our Community.
